If you're looking for a free tip here you go: always set your wireless name (SSID) to "CHANNEL1" and set the channel to 1 locked in.
This lets you find your signal quickly and easily, it's alphabetically superior and in capital letters, and channel 1 is the list likely to have
interference. If everyone knew this, we'd be in trouble. Now you do - so stake a claim to being #1 in your neighborhood or with your
mobile Droid X or Verizon Hotspot. It's ALSO a cool channel number, n'est ce pas? Funny that it's also the best. And if you're a little
something-syndrome as I am, you want to know what's second - it's 11. If CH1 is taken by a neighbor, don't be rude, just take over
CHANNEL11 on channel 11. Then if you ever get in a geek fight, tell him you're TWICE as good as it's two 1s. And, really, 1 and 11 are
pretty much tied for 1st. I just like 1 better. And tied for first is still first. Yo?

If you'd like to buy this site, it's $249,000.00 paid through escrow.com with buyer paying all fees.
I have an account with them under DAVIDCHARLESBAKER@GMAIL.COM.
If it seems steep, remember ".COM" is the slope side/lake front/beach front property of the internet.
Anything else is at best tied for 2nd place.
